There’s just something special about receiving a handwritten note, especially in an increasingly tech-driven and socially distant world.
One of the oldest forms of communication is again one of the most effective ways of telling someone how valued they are. From a loved one, a distant family member or a friend, to long-time client or business partner – handwritten messages touch their readers differently than emails do.
How does it work?
The process is easy. You will need to provide the following:
Your Logo
This could be your company logo or any logo you prefer. We support the following file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, .tif, .tiff, .bmp, and .gif.
The maximum individual file size that can be uploaded is 50 MB. We will provide easy instructions for you to upload your logo.
Mailing List
Send us an excel file or .csv with your recipients’ names, Companies/Organizations and addresses.
You can include anybody you want, but make sure their details are correct and updated – you don’t want your recipient to miss out on your handwritten note.
Flyer & Business Card
Our clients have found that adding a specific program flyer helps reinforce the message about exactly what you are trying to sell or offer them.
If your Handwritten note is friendly and simply requesting a response, your one-sheet could showcase your business, party/event, sale, anything you’re looking to promote. A business card will be icing on the cake.
What’s next?
Once these are provided, you will be assigned with an account manager for the exact messaging of your letter/note.
Your account manager will present you with different writing samples so you can select your preferred writer as well as ask for details about the timeline of delivery.
The order is placed and will be fulfilled in 5-6 weeks.
